Kavissa Group supports assignees and their family members before their arrival, during the whole period of stay till their departure by taking care of all aspects connected to an international or even national transfer.


 

 

Look-See Trip

This program is intended to provide sufficient local area knowledge to enable a candidate and family to decide upon acceptance or otherwise of a proposed assignment. The Look-See Trip helps the family understand the whereabouts of their potential stay in the different German destination and decide where their future focus on choosing a home. Our most Clients Choose Normally Düsseldorf, Köln, Berlin, München, Hamburg.There we are Represented and well connected.

 

 


Home Finding & Settling-In Program

Several programmers from "Basic" to "Comprehensive" have been conceived to truly support assignees and families in this stressful and most important decision. After an in-depth relocates housing needs analysis, our properties pre-selection and accompanied viewing are conceived to get relocates quickly and happily settled in their new destination and culture. All our Home Finding Program also includes lease negotiation and sign, telephone, internet and utilities hook-up, Check-In inspection at property keys hand-over.

 

 


 

Children School Program

The success of the whole family's move is greatly connected to children's ability to adjust themselves and settle happily into their new environment. This program enables parent to visit the s that are most suitable to their children's needs and decide the most appropriate one.

Our School Program often is associated to the Look-See Trip to enable relocates to have a clue not only on the institute itself but also on its location, the surrounding areas, the access to facilities and public transports, the distance from/to the office etc. We strongly believe on the importance for parents to make the right education choice well aware of the impact that this choice will have on their daily life as well.

 


 Helpline support

Kavissa Group  provides a continual telephone support service to help newly arrived assignees to overcome day-by-day issues. We are perfectly aware of and sympathetic to the stress and difficulties than can be involved in the initial settling-in period.

Helpline represents a very important support for the expatriates and an efficient time-saving tool for the company.

 

 

Short-Term Housing

Accommodation search of apart-hotels and/or fully-furnished apartments for business travellers as well as relocatees needing a temporary solution while looking for a long-term solution.

Move Co-ordination

In close partnership with the most well-known/recognized removal firms in the industry, Kavissa Group acts as a service coordinator to make household moves from overseas as easy and as hassle-free as possible.

Arrival Program

We assist corporate employees by taking care of any practical and administrative matters to enable them to have as few things as possible to deal with, thus making possible them to get concentrated of their new destination.

Post-Arrival Local Area Orientation

An Orientation Program for the international assignee and family who have recently arrived to live and work in Germany in order for them to get familiarized with their new surroundings, neighborhood and way of life.

Emergency Service

 

Kavissa Group provides telephone line assistance, available on a 24 hour basis for a period agreed. When facing an emergency, the assignee can call any time to receive support and even physical presence, where necessary.

Tenancy Management

This program ensures regular and appropriate leased-related property payments during the whole tenancy on behalf of the tenant.

Moreover, Kavissa Group secures that mandatory tenant's obligations are fulfill yearly, i.e. payment of lease renewal tax and garbage removal tax, gas heater check & inspection etc.
